3. Processors and third-country transfers

3.1 Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting)

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Servers and logs are located exclusively in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner.

3.2 Fonts (self-hosted)

The fonts used (“Archivo” and “Space Mono”) are served exclusively from our own server in Germany. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other external font services; your IP address is not transmitted to any third party for this purpose.

3.3 Contact form & email delivery

When you submit the contact form, your entries are transmitted to our own backend (operated by Foth Group GmbH at letsgoo.io, hosted by Hetzner in Germany) and used there solely to process your enquiry. To deliver the notification email we use the service provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as a processor; the transfer to the USA is based on appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Your data is not passed on for advertising purposes.

3.4 No further external services

Beyond this, the website does not embed any external CDNs, image services, maps, fonts or social media plugins that would transfer data to third parties on mere page load. Images and videos are served exclusively from our own server.
